The Challenge

AMCOFFEE wanted to enhance customer engagement and streamline their ordering process across multiple locations in Bratislava. The challenges included creating a seamless mobile ordering experience, implementing a loyalty program that encourages repeat visits, integrating with existing POS systems, and providing real-time order tracking and notifications.

Our Solution

We built a cross-platform mobile app using Flutter, ensuring consistent experience across iOS and Android. The app features Firebase for real-time data synchronization, integrated loyalty program with points and rewards, mobile payment processing with Stripe, push notifications for order updates, and Google Maps integration for store locator with directions and opening hours.

Results & Impact
