The Challenge
Kafe Lampy wanted to reward regulars and have a direct channel for new offers and events, without paper loyalty cards.
Our Solution
We built a Flutter app for iOS and Android with sign-in, a free-coffee QR coupon, the menu, a seasonal offer and social links. Staff have their own scanner app that checks and redeems the coupon. Data and notifications run on Firebase.
The Result
The app has been live on iOS and Android for several years, and staff use it every day to check coupons right at the bar. This project proved the model we later grew into the AM Coffee 2.0 loyalty platform.
